February 13, 2019

 Dear Parent/ Guardian of Campers,

We are days away from the Horse Play event!! We are finalizing the fun activities we have planned for your child/ren and wanted to provide additional information.

The program begins 9am Monday morning. Please arrive a few minutes before to complete a release form for each child if we do not have one on file. You will need to provide insurance/dr information as well.

Here are a few things you will want to bring with you:

  • A bag lunch/snacks for your child- we have a very small fridge and microwave.
  • Multiple gloves- We have a dryer to dry wet clothing items but we will want to keep your child comfortable in the cold weather should clothing items get wet. They should also have gloves they can comfortably hold reins with.
  • Change of clothes. Weather related clothing/footwear.
  • Have your child/ren dress in layers. They will be able to warm up in our heated lounge, but many activities are outside or in the barn/indoor riding arena.
  • If they have their own riding helmet/riding apparel (not required), we will provide your child with an approved helmet. Jeans or fitted pants are also okay to ride in.
  • Boots to ride- should have a small heel and provide coverage above the ankle.
  • Items you bring should be labeled with your child’s name.

We are grateful you are sharing your children with us for the week. If you have any questions at anytime, you are welcome to reach out to us (585) 433-5882.

   Sincerely,
   Adria Posman
